    (Barcelona, 1946) PhD in Biology and Socio-ecologist. President of ERF - Estudi Ramon Folch & Associats SL, consulting and workshop for environmental and energy projects founded in 1994.

    He has been environmental consultant to the UNESCO and President of the Social Council of the UPC. He has published over thirty books and numerous articles.

    (Olot, 1961) Architect since 1987. Since 1988 he works with Carme Pigem and Ramon Vilalta under the name RCR ARQUITECTES. Since 1987 they are architectural advisors of the Natural Park of the Volcanic Zone of La Garrotxa.

    Since 2008 they convene and direct an International Summer Workshop in their studio, located at the headquarters of an ancient foundry. They are National Prize for Culture in Architecture 2005 of the Government of Catalonia, Officier and Chevalier de l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres 2017 and 2008 of the French Republic, Honorary Member of the AIA American Institute of Architecture 2010, Honorary Member of the RIBA Royal Institute of British Architects 2012 and Gold Medal by the French Architecture Academy 2015. Pritker Prize 2017. Gold Medal of the Generalitat of Catalonia 2018.

    He is the author of more than thirty books and collaborates regularly with El País and La Vanguardia and national and international journals. Has has taught courses and conferences in various cities of Europe, America and Asia.

    (Hostalets de Bas, 1958) He is professor of Human Geography at the University of Girona and has been director of the Landscape Observatory of Catalonia since its creation in 2004 until 2017. He obtained his doctorate at the Autonomous University of Barcelona and extended studies at the University of Wisconsin at Madison (USA) under the leadership of Yi-FuTuan. He has been a guest lecturer at several foreign universities. He is a specialist in cultural landscape studies and in geographical and territorial thinking.

    He is co-director of "Landscape and Theory", of the Biblioteca Nueva publishing house book series. Awarded with the King Jaime I Prize of Urban Planning, Landscape and Sustainability in 2009, and Joan Fuster Essay Award in 2010 for the work Paisatge, territori i societat civil (translated into Italian). He is a member of the Institute of Catalan Studies (IEC) and the Scientific Committee of the Fondazione Benetton Studi Ricerche. A regular contributor to the newspaper Ara.

He began professionally with advertising photography but soon embarks on architecture photography, which he has not abandoned until today. He has collaborated with numerous specialized publications and prestigious architectural offices and has been awarded five prizes LUX of architecture photography.
